Chessie BIBI Analysis Toolkit

The Chesapeake Basin-wide Index of Biotic Integrity (Chessie BIBI) is calculated using nontidal benthic macroinvertebrate monitoring data to assess stream condition across the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Monitoring data and Chessie BIBI scores are available at the Living Resources section of the DataHub.

The Chessie BIBI Analysis Toolkit provides the templates, reference files, and analysis script required to calculate the Chessie BIBI. Further information and Chessie-BIBI publications are available at Chessie BIBI Index - ICPRB
